Welcome to Mango Dairy. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, mobile site, ordering channels, subscription services, delivery services, content, and related features collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, placing an order, subscribing to a delivery plan, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform or place orders through it.

1.2 About Mango Dairy

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and that you are purchasing the products for lawful personal or business use.

1.4 Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

You agree to provide true, current, and complete information and to promptly update your account details when they change. Mango Dairy will not be responsible for failed deliveries, missed communications, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

1.5 Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including product names, descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, net quantity, pricing, shelf life, storage instructions, allergen information, and product images.

However, product appearance, texture, taste, aroma, and colour may vary naturally due to seasonal, farming, processing, or batch-level differences. Product images are for representation unless specifically stated otherwise.

You should read the product label, storage instructions, allergen information, manufacturing/packing date, expiry/use-by date, and any specific instructions before consumption.

1.6 Food Safety and Storage

Dairy products are perishable and may require refrigeration or specific storage conditions. Once delivered, you are responsible for storing and consuming the products in accordance with the label, package instructions, and applicable food safety practices.

Mango Dairy will not be responsible for spoilage, contamination, loss of quality, or health issues caused by improper storage, delayed collection after delivery, mishandling, consumption after expiry/use-by date, or use contrary to product instructions.

If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, lactose intolerance, medical conditions, or specific nutritional requirements, you should review the product label carefully and consult a qualified professional where required.

1.7 Orders and Acceptance

An order placed through the Platform is an offer by you to purchase the selected products. We may accept or reject an order depending on product availability, serviceability of location, payment status, operational constraints, suspected fraud, pricing errors, regulatory restrictions, or other reasonable grounds.

An order is considered accepted only when we confirm it through the Platform, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or another communication channel used by Mango Dairy.

1.8 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes, delivery charges, packaging charges, subscription charges, or other fees depending on the product and order type. Any additional charges will be shown before you complete payment, wherever applicable.

Prices, offers, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice. If a pricing or product information error is identified, Mango Dairy may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

1.9 Payments

We may accept payments through UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, cash on delivery, prepaid wallets, subscription credits, or other payment methods enabled on the Platform.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment gateways, banks, or service providers. We do not control their systems and are not responsible for delays, technical failures, payment authorization issues, or bank-side reversals, except to the extent directly attributable to Mango Dairy.

You agree not to use unauthorized payment instruments or payment methods belonging to another person without permission.

1.10 Subscriptions and Recurring Deliveries

Mango Dairy may offer daily, alternate-day, weekly, monthly, prepaid, wallet-based, or recurring delivery plans. Subscription terms, billing cycles, delivery frequency, pause options, cut-off times, and cancellation rules will be displayed on the Platform or communicated at the time of subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining sufficient wallet balance or making timely payments for subscription deliveries. We may pause or stop deliveries if payment is not received, if your address is not serviceable, or if operational constraints arise.

Subscription modifications, pauses, vacation holds, and cancellations must be submitted before the applicable cut-off time mentioned on the Platform or communicated by customer care.

1.11 Delivery

Delivery terms are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details and ensuring availability at the delivery location during the expected delivery window.

For doorstep, society gate, security desk, milk box, or contactless deliveries, the order may be treated as delivered once placed at the agreed delivery point, handed to an authorized person, or marked delivered by our delivery partner according to our delivery process.

1.12 Cancellations, Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Because dairy products are perishable, returns are generally not accepted once delivered, except where the product is damaged, spoiled at delivery, expired, incorrect, missing, or otherwise not in conformity with the confirmed order.

1.13 Offers, Coupons, and Promotions

Offers, coupon codes, loyalty benefits, referral benefits, trial packs, free delivery offers, and promotional discounts are subject to specific terms and validity periods. Mango Dairy may modify, withdraw, or refuse the use of any offer in cases of misuse, suspected fraud, technical error, or violation of the offer terms.

Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash, clubbed with other offers, transferred, or applied retrospectively to completed orders.

1.14 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful purposes;

• provide false account, order, payment, or delivery information;

• interfere with Platform security, functionality, servers, or networks;

• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or payment information;

• copy, scrape, reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Platform without permission;

• post defamatory, obscene, threatening, infringing, misleading, or unlawful content;

• misuse customer support, delivery personnel, farmers, vendors, or employees through abusive or threatening behaviour.

We may restrict access, cancel orders, suspend accounts, refuse service, or take legal action if these Terms are violated.

1.15 Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit reviews, ratings, feedback, photographs, suggestions, or other content, you grant Mango Dairy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, display, modify, and publish such content for business, quality improvement, marketing, and customer support purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that your content is truthful, lawful, non-infringing, and does not violate any third-party rights. We may remove or moderate content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, promotional, or otherwise inappropriate.

1.16 Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, designs, icons, photographs, videos, text, graphics, packaging designs, website content, software, and other materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Mango Dairy.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, license, or exploit any Platform content without our prior written permission.

1.17 Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links or integrations to third-party websites, maps, payment gateways, analytics tools, social media platforms, delivery systems, or other services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, practices, failures, or policies.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

1.18 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all information will always be current, complete, or free from technical issues.

Nothing on the Platform should be treated as medical, nutritional, therapeutic, or professional advice unless expressly stated and verified by qualified professionals. Product claims should be read together with product labels and applicable regulatory disclosures.

1.19 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mango Dairy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or losses arising from misuse of the Platform or products.

Our aggregate liability for a specific order will not exceed the amount paid by you for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

1.20 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mango Dairy, its directors, employees, partners, farmers, vendors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of products after delivery.

1.21 Force Majeure

Mango Dairy will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, transport disruptions, disease outbreaks, power failures, internet or payment gateway failures, regulatory restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or other force majeure events.

1.22 Changes to the Platform or Terms

We may update the Platform, services, policies, prices, product offerings, and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

1.23 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts and competent forums located in [City, State], India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
